Smooth, Lebanese-style whipped garlic emulsion with lemon and olive oil – bright, garlicky, and creamy without dairy.

Garlic, Lemon Salt, Olive Oil, Cornflour, Water

Dip/Spread: Serve cold with grilled chicken, shawarma, kebab, falafel, fries, roast veg.
Marinade booster: Whisk 1:3 with oil or yogurt; add to chicken or seafood 2–4 hrs.
Base for dressings: Thin 1:1 with water or buttermilk; add parsley for a herby ranch.
Finishing swirl: Spoon over roasted meats or grilled fish just before service.
